PRICES
Prices displayed on this website do not include VAT :
- Customers within the European Union will be charged 20% VAT at checkout.
- Customers outside the European Union will not be charged VAT at checkout and may have to pay additional import duties and/or any other local sales tax instead.
- VAT may be collected for countries with specific rules like for Norway.
PRE-ORDERS
A pre-order is a commitment from the customer to purchase a product, and cannot be cancelled.
We reserve the right to offer store credit in case we are able to sell off or transfer the deposit to another customer.
SHIPPING
International orders ship via Asendia, which relies on the receiver's postal service for distribution.
Packets usually ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
WARRANTY
Our products have a 2 years warranty, covering defects and workmanship.
Any misuse, alteration, or unauthorized attempt at modifying or servicing the products will void this warranty.

RETURNS
Returns are only accepted for unused products in their original, unopened packaging.
Returns should be sent with tracking within 14 days after receipt of order.
Lost or damaged items returned with no tracking or insurance cannot be refund.
Customers must cover the shipping costs for returns.
If a store credit is preferred over a refund, the shipping costs associated to the returned item(s) will be added to the credit.
